These terms govern use of the GravityFlight site (gravityflight.com, and the gravityflight.app / gravityflight.org mirrors) and the orbital flight experience.
GravityFlight is a free orbital physics game. You may use it for personal enjoyment. No account is required.
GravityFlight is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, fitness for any particular purpose, or that the simulation will be free of bugs.
All of your flight preferences and any in-flight state are stored locally in your browser. Clearing your browser data will permanently remove them. We cannot recover them for you.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service for other users, reverse engineer it for commercial republication, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
The GravityFlight name, logo and brand assets are not automatically open-sourced. Any code that is released as open source remains subject to its stated license; the brand remains protected.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of GravityFlight constitutes acceptance of any changes.
